STAGING OPTION 1: OCCUPIED STAGING
- Site check and measurements
- Improvement options provided to seller/realtor
- Provide the best layout and appeal for potential buyers
- Use clients existing furniture to the best of our ablity
- We bring our own inventory: rugs, art, pillows, small furniture, bedding + accessories
3 hour minimum, starting at $1000.00
STAGING OPTION 2: UNOCCUPIED STAGING
- Site check and measurements
- Improvement options provided to seller/realtor
- Provide the best layout and appeal for potential buyers
- Use clients existing furniture to the best of our ablity
- We bring in all our own inventory: furniture, rugs, art, pillows, small furniture, bedding + accessories
6 hour minimum, starting at $2500.00
